Hair loss is a topic that many more people are faced with today as a growing population, hereditary factors, disease and a poor diet and environment take their course. The latest tip is perhaps, the most well known already - which is avoid stress. Stress is a leading factor to a number of issues faced by today’s population and hair loss is just the tip of the iceberg.
Stress can cause hormone changes and imbalances that have an end result in hair loss. In order to avoid stress, of course try to take things easily and bit more light hearted but more practically, try meditation and yoga exercises as a way to calm down and not cause so much agony on your tresses.
Beyond this very practical tip for helping to avoid hair loss, new headlines are surfacing that claim using cinnamon can be a cure for hair loss too.
According to one article’s claim, which repeated facts from an Allure Magazine article, rubbing an aromatic oil that is made of cinnamon all over the scalp is a great way to curb hair loss.
This claim is attributed to a hair stylists with speciality in hair loss clients. As with any new product usage, it is recommended that the user conduct a patch test by rubbing some of the oil behind their ear to see if an allergic reaction occurs or not.
The use of cinnamon for hair loss is not as common as
recommendations of things like other natural oils such as coconut oil and Argan
oil.
Other oils like avocado, castor and almond oil are also used to help improve
the state of one’s hair. These oils in particular are high in vitamin E which
strengthens hair follicles and combats hair loss.
