Likewise, exercise is necessary for staying healthy and getting oxygen to all needed areas. But too much of it can also cause hair loss. Ensuring that you have a healthy, even balance of everything you do in moderation will ensure you stay healthy and your scalp stays healthy so your hair can stay long and healthy.
