Tabatha Coffey Partners with Viviscal to Raise Awareness about Women Hair Loss

Viviscal natural hair supplements are touted as effective remedy for hair loss caused by deficiency of nutrients. Recently, Tabatha Coffey, celebrity stylist and star of Tabatha Takes Over, partnered with Lifes2Good, the manufacturer of Viviscal, to raise awareness about women’s hair loss and thinning.

Women make up 40 percent of those that suffer hair loss, according to the American Hair Loss Association. Fast-paced routines, daily stress, improper diet and over-styling are cited as the main reasons for hair loss in young women in their 20s and 30s. Viviscal supplements have been great relief for people suffering from premature hair loss.

Recent reports suggest that most hair loss can be treated through natural means – by following healthy lifestyle and eating nutritious food rich in vitamins and minerals. Hair cells grow quicker than practically any other cells in the body, so they require continuous supply of nutrients, the most important of them being proteins, vitamins and irons. Viviscal provides all necessary nutrients required for hair growth.

Viviscal 100 percent natural supplements are tested proven to combat thinning hair in both men and women. It has been found effective in all types of hair types. Main ingredient of Viviscal is the exclusive AminoMar C Marine Complex, which supplies vital nutrients needed to nourish thinning hair and promote existing hair growth. AminoMar C is made up of fish proteins that increase the body's natural production of keratin.

Those who use Viviscal can find the results in a period of four to six months while many users will see them in as early as three months. A 60-tablet box of Viviscal, equivalent to one month's supply, is priced at $49.99.

The company also released a stronger version of the supplements. Viviscal Professional supplements contain 28 percent AminoMar C Marine complex, as well as Biotin, Fumed Silica and Procyanidin B2, an apple extract.

"We are excited to continue to work with Tabatha in our quest to lift the secrecy and taboo associated with women's hair loss and thinning," said Mark Holland, chief executive officer of Lifes2Good, manufacturers of Viviscal. "Tabatha's first-hand experience with this issue, plus her expertise and no-nonsense demeanor commands attention to this topic, which must be heard."

Recently Glynis Ablon, an assistant professor at UCLA and owner of Ablon Skin Institute in Manhattan Beach, conducted a study on the effectiveness of hair growth supplements like Viviscal. Ablon's study includes men and women ranging in age from 20 to 70.

"We're seeing over 100 percent hair growth where patients were actually counting the hairs, say (they start) at 200 to 300, they are seeing 400 to 600 after the three months," Ablon said. "So it's really dramatic and it's all statistically significant and our patients are thrilled. We even have twins in the study and one is actually on the placebo and one is not and you can see a huge difference."

According to Ablon, Viviscal has been known to have no side effects or adverse events.
